Individual / Family Counseling - Mid-South provides counseling services for children, adolescents, and their families. Appointments can be made by contacting the outpatient clinic in your area (See our Locations webpage).

School Based Service- Services are provided on site at area schools who have collaborative agreement with Mid-South. Individual and group counseling is available along with referrals to our children's' case management and physician services.

Case Management- Intensive case management provides focused support and intervention to families with children and adolescents who are experiencing behavioral difficulties at home and school. Case managers work in both settings to help the child develop better adaptive and coping skills.

Treatment Foster Care - Therapeutic Foster Care provides supportive foster homes for emotionally and behaviorally disturbed children and adolescents. TFC families participate in on-going specialized training in order to offer a licensed placement home. They work closely with Mid-South children's services, schools, and the Department of Child and Family Services. Referrals to this program are made through DCFS.

Systems of Care/Action For Kids- Anew System of care in Arkansas- Offering the proven effectiveness of evidence based, culturall sensitive, family driven, child guided, intergrated community based collaborations for children with serious emotional and behavioral problems in Craighead, Phillips, Lee and Mississippi counties

Psychiatric Services- The need for medication is sometimes indicated in a child's mental health treatment. When this occurs, therapists arrange for the child to be seen by a child psychiatrist. They can evaluate the child's need and, if appropriate, prescribe medication and a course of treatment.

Psychological Evaluations- Our staff psychiatrists, psychologists, and psychological examiners provide comprehensive evaluations and testing when requested by other professionals, agencies and the courts.
